Clarissa

Clarissa Say is a storyteller at Bright Spots Energy, where she shapes how complex energy, policy, and community participation issues are communicated through clear, human-centred narratives.

With over eight years of experience in investigative journalism and documentary production, she previously worked with R.AGE and The Fourth, producing award-winning work that contributed to national policy reforms in Malaysia, including in child protection. Her work has been recognised with a Peabody Award nomination, World Digital Media Award, SOPA Award, Kajai Award, UN Malaysia Award, and the World Young Reader Prize. She is a Chevening Scholar with postgraduate training in global mental health and neuropsychology.
